We are German KRAFT Brewery, a ‘craft’ beer brewery rooted in German tradition, bringing fresh, authentic German-style beers here to London, UK. All are brewed and served fresh on-site. We opened our first brewpub in the sustainable market Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant & Castle. We've been sharing the same values since our beginning and strongly believe in and follow the MM Manifesto.
German Kraft was born out of the desire to revive the ceremony that traditionally surrounds beer drinking in Franconia; to create a locally brewed beer, full of character and drink it fresh from the tank.  Our highly controlled brewing process with state-of-the-art equipment allows us to create consistently high-quality brews; unfiltered, unpasteurised and without additives or preservatives.  We brew all our beers according to the German purity law from 1516, only using water, malt, hops & yeast pushing the boundaries of creating great, flavourful craft beer without fuss.
